[Insight-users] Applying a field map to diffusion weighted images

Hello,

I have a field map that is acquired and I would like to use this field
map to correct for susceptibility artifacts in the diffusion images.
Is there something in ITK where if I give it the phase map and the
magnitude image, it can apply the field map and give me the
displacement field.

Otherwise, is there some ITK based or other open source (preferably
C++) based tool that anyone knows that could be of help.
