I believe the error is here:
ADD_EXECUTABLE(DicomSeriesReadImageWrite DicomSeriesReadImageWrite2.cxx)
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(ITKIO ITKNumerics)
it should read:
ADD_EXECUTABLE(DicomSeriesReadImageWrite DicomSeriesReadImageWrite2.cxx)
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(DicomSeriesReadImageWrite ITKIO ITKNumerics)
