[Insight-users] ITK Apps fail to compile

Let's attack one issue at a time.

Please save the attached file. Then cd to your ITKApps source tree and do:

git am 0001-BUG-Improper-types-for-SetPointIds.patch

This should correct the compilation error in vtk2itk
