[Insight-users] US-MRI matching problems

hi, everyone


I tried to figure out US-MRI matching, but the US images contains such a lot noise that most every metric in ITK cannot provide a good matching even after smoothing and edge extraction of raw data, is there someone has such experience and detailed solution of that (eg. a robust metric for this specific usage), pls tell me. Thanks a lot.
