[Insight-users] Generate a sinogramm from image sequence

Hello! How to generate a sinogramm from image sequence. I have 180 image 1024x1024 (1 x-ray  image per 1 degree)... We use cone-beam x-ray. If copy line from each image as 1x1024 image we have 1024x180 sinogram. Result of reconstructing this "sinogram" is not a slice (for example we performed a x-ray rotation of PC mouse -> result was something that is not similar to the cut)
 What can I do? Help me, please!
