I don't understand how to construct a PlaneSpatialObject. The only
functions I see in the documentation and test are SetLowerPoint and
SetUpperPoint. What do these do? How do two points define a plane?

If someone could explain how to create a plane with a specified
"center" (point through which the plane passes) and normal here:
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/SpatialObjects/PlaneSpatialObject
(or on the list) that would be great.
