Dear all,
i am reading a nrrd image and in the header appears that the orientation is RAS (space: right-anterior-superior) but when reading the MetaDataDictionary with itk, it says that it is left-posterior-superior. Why is that happening?
should i flip the images when reading nrrd files with RAS orientation? because i read that itk uses LPS orientation and in my application i wanna visualize the images in LPS coz im visualizing also dicom images.
sorry if i am asking sth stupid, im newbie.
thanks,
