Hi Albina,
Glad to hear that :)
Unfortunately I don't have much information about NetBeans but usually people use
FLTK or Qt for developing GUIs for their ITK applications, some examples are available
in ITK (e.g. Insight Applications 3.20) which might help you either to follow the same path
or to resolve standing issues in your current approach.
Best regards,
Dawood

Dear Dawood,
Thank you for the reply. I introduced multiresolution registration and it produced the necessary results.
I have another question:I would like to create an interface for my program using NetBeans (Mac 10.6). And cannot find how I can define the path to ITK. Is there any way?
Best regards,Albina

Hi Albina,
Can you give us more information about your parameter settings and the dimension of
your images. This could be caused by many reasons, make sure that you have set the
B-Spline parameters according to you
images.
HTH,
Dawood

Dear All,
I am using DeformableRegistration7 (BSplineTransformation in 3D) in order to
align the image from confocal microscopy.
1. After running the Registration as it is there are NO changes happening to
the moving image. What can be possible reason for that
best regards,
Albina
