[Insight-users] Reading ICS files

Hi all,

I use LIBICS files to read ICS image in Visual C++ 2008. Acutely, I've tried to 
read ICS file I used the code published in the LIBICS website and the LIBICS 
files too. but the problem is that the LIBICS library file is not located in 
this files. So, could you please tell what I should to do to get the LIB file.
