[Insight-users] converting a float image to a double image

This is Doxygen generated descriptions of the algorithm API and description.
 It would be nice if it included a pointer to tests/examples, but
unfortunately it doesn't.  Look in the Examples section (ITK/Examples in the
source tree).  In particular:


   - ITK/Examples/Filtering/CastImageFilter.java
   - ITK/Examples/Filtering/CastImageFilter.py
   - ITK/Examples/Filtering/CastImageFilter.tcl
   - ITK/Examples/IO/ImageReadCastWrite.cxx
