[Insight-users] Converting an itkMesh to a vtkPolyData

As part of the modularization effort,
we will move this code to a separate ITK Module.

to be called:

                        "itk-vtk"


The same will happen with:

      itk-fltk
      itk-qt
      itk-mfc


(etc..)
