[Insight-users] Converting an itkMesh to a vtkPolyData

David,

We try not to include apps that need vtk in the ITK tree. Many years
ago, we broke the applications into a separate tree because users were
getting overwhelmed with trying to build too many external libraries.

I am surprised that directory exists. Maybe Gaetan can comment?
