[Insight-users] Mouse brain registration

  Dear all,


I am trying to registered sagittal views of mouse brain. For that i am 
using 3d versor rigid transform. I have tried to reduce at possible the 
translation scale and StepLength of the optimizer but i still cannot 
solve the problem. I guess that is due to the scale.
I am just wondering if somedy can help me by telling how to do to 
rescale images before starting the registration process.
