[Insight-users] Filling holes

Hi all,

Thanks a lot for the response. But I may have to rephrase my question. My actual 
question is, how to fill large closed structures? For eg, to fill pixels inside 
a cirlce.

HiIMHO the VotingBinary*HoleFillingImageFilters works better when holes are very 
different in size as you don't have to specify a fixed kernel-size (as opposed 
to morphology closing)
