Hello Rahul,

 

Thank you for your help. That means I need to reinstall ITK, VTK using 64bit? I have no experience of installing using 64bit. Could you tell me the difference of installation of 64bit from 32bit?

Hi Xiaopeng,

 

I had similar memory problem when I was working on 32 bit. But was solved when I started worked on 64bit.

I applied fast marching and threshold level set algorithms for liver segmentation from a series of CT images. For a data set of 512×512×165, the code works fine. However, for a data set of 512×512×244, an error message “failed to allocate memory for image” appeared. Any idea is appreciated. Or do you think my code has any mistake?
