[Insight-users] test surgurical cut

Hi itk users,
 
i wont to compare defferent deformable models like Finite Element Model and B-Spline
and test which one will represent more real cut in the body, i need your advice:
 
 
- The body i need it to be colored and real: shoud i construct it from series of DICOM files, or the vector image. which one is better in my case?
 
-the surgurical cut should i implement it, or i can the body in another program like VolView or Para View or another program
