Hi Jenny,

You may find useful to look at the
new Statistics Framework under:

             Insight/Code/Review/Statistics

and the examples of classification algorithms in

Insight/Testing/Code/Review/Statistics
               itkImageClassifierFilterTest.cxx
               itkSampleClassifierFilterTest1.cxx
               itkSampleClassifierFilterTest2.cxx
               itkSampleClassifierFilterTest3.cxx
               itkSampleClassifierFilterTest4.cxx
               itkSampleClassifierFilterTest5.cxx
               itkSampleClassifierFilterTest6.cxx
               itkSampleClassifierFilterTest7.cxx

Also,
you may find interesting to look at the Orfeo Toolbox (OTB),
developed by a team at CNES, which is fully built on top of ITK:

http://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/otb/
http://smsc.cnes.fr/PLEIADES/lien3_vm.htm

They have developed a full layer of functionalities
that are suited for remote sensing images.

Please let us know if you find any problem when
using the Classifiers.

      Thanks,

           Luis
