Hi Xuanaux,
You may find useful to look at the following filters:
http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1PolylineMask2DImageFilter.html
http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1PolylineMaskImageFilter.html
They can be used for masking an image by using
a polyline.
