[Insight-users] Dicom mosaic to nifti converter

Hi Luis,

thank you for the reply.

Yes, it is an image of tiles, that is all the slices are in one image as
opposed to series of 2D images. 
I need to acquire permission form the Lab's supervisor for sharing data,
not sure how that's done around here. i will check with him and report
back.

By "mosaic" are you really referring to an image of Tiles ?

and not to an series  of 2D image stacked in a 3D volume ?

Do you have example images that could be publicly shared ?
