[Insight-users] Distance map calculation using DanielssonDistanceMapImageFilter

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion.
I tried the maurer filter, It took around 8 minutes for the image size of
512x512x348.
For the DanielssonDistanceMapImageFilter , I waited like around 1hour , but
it didnt give me any result.
