[Insight-users] evaluation of segmentation results

hi,
i'm working with PET-CT data and i'm trying to use PET data in order to
modify CT data and realize a better segmentation (using one of the algorithm
in ITK) than with CT data only. After that i'd like to evaluate my results
but i don't really know how to do that. I don't know if some criteria or
measures exist. I'd like to use some functions already written in itk like
statistics.
Is it possible?
Is someone able to help me, please?
