Hi,

thanks for getting back to me. I've had to build everything form scratch and it took a while... not easy as you state. It was quite easy to miss steps, some steps did not seem necessary and it was difficult to find instructions as they were not collected together in one place. I'm afraid that the process was so fraught I didn't record details.

However, one particular issues that cropped up at the very end was the neccesity of adding the path to all the dotnet assemblies to the system path and REBOOTING before being able to use the vtkFormsWindow control.

Happily, I have a colleague who's been through most of this and was able to provide guidance.

Hi Carl,

There is a pre-built assembly for ManagedITK.VTK available, but it for
a previous version of ITK (3.10):
     http://manageditk.googlecode.com/files/ManagedITK-VTK-bin-x86-3.10.0.1.zip 

If you want to use a different version of ITK/ManagedITK, then you
should build ITK, ManagedITK, and ManagedITK.VTK yourself. To be
honest, this process is not easy :(
