Yes, I found that one.  Thank you very much for your help.  I have had
success getting the image data out of most of the series.

The only issue now is that is appears that some of the images some of the
DICOM series aren't the correct size.  Im probably going to add an
intermediary step of saving each individual image in a different 2D format,
so its easier to identify the incorrect images (unless you know of some way
to throw out particular images in the series). All the DICOM files are the
same size, but it appears some contain a different image size.
