Hi Reda,

You may want to try the following examples:

Insight/Examples/Registration/
                    IterativeClosestPoint1.cxx
                    IterativeClosestPoint2.cxx
                    IterativeClosestPoint3.cxx

The one in IterativeClosestPoint2.cxx is for 3D.

and the one in IterativeClosestPoint3.cxx shows
you how to accelerate the registration by using
 a distance map.
