[Insight-users] Concatenation of deformation fields?

Hi Gerald,

It should be possible to separate the non rigid component
from the final deformation field.

Did you compute both the

1) D_r^1      and
2) D_n^1

in the same image grid ?

Note however that the key point here is a problem of
reference systems.  The non-ridig deformation field
will be one with respect to the rotated image, not
with respect to the original image.
