[Insight-users] Convert RGB image to CIE-LUV

Hello all,

I am new to itk so please be patient with me.
I want to create a filter to convert a RGB image to a CIELUV colorspace
image. In order to do that I need to multiply the RGB values with a matrix
and the result with some other values.
I realized the best way to do something like that is to copy an existing
filter and just change the part I am interested in. I have trouble finding a
suitable filter as a template. Could anyone give me a hint on how I can do
this? Bear in mind that I'm still on the process of discovering how itk
works.
