[Insight-users] VersorRigid3DTransform

Hello everybody,

I have successfully used for many time the VersorRigid3DTransform to register mouse brain images.
I am surprised by the problem i am facing now. I am trying to register two data sets containing 4 slices each. After performing registration, the registered image contains only 3 slices and the 4th one is null.
Could somebody help me to understand what happened and/or help me to solve the problem?
