Hi Superzz,

You will not find that method in ITK itself,
at this point.

However, if you look at IGSTK,

             http://www.igstk.org/

you will find an implementation of fiducial
computation errors in the class

  igstkLandmark3DRegistrationErrorEstimator


As you may know, IGSTK is based on ITK and VTK,
so it should be easy for you to extract the code from
the class above and reuse it.
