[Insight-users] Voronoi segmentation filter

Hi all.
I am using the VoronoiSegmentationImageFilter, it works well in my 
application but I don't understand what the role of the prior image is, 
especially this sentence "The parameters can also be automatically set 
by given a prior, as a binary image". In this manner how are set the 
parameters? Can anyone give me some explanations?
