[Insight-users] reg ShapeDetectionLevelSetImageFilter

Hi,

My problem is very simple. To extract contour of the outer skull (not skull
segmentation but only outer contour) from CT image. I am using
ShapeDetectionLevelSetImageFilter with curvature scaling 0.1 and Propagation
scaling 1.

Problem is sometimes there are discontinuities in image due to which the
segmentation leaks inside the brain region. Is there any filter similar to
ShapeDetectionLevelSetImageFilter    with Advection scaling ?
Would that help in keeping the contour near the edge ? Or is there any
simple way to do this.
