Gaurav,
Yes, it certainly helps to have a contrast agent in an
angiogram. (otherwise there is not an easy way to
identify the vasculature).
Hopefully the bolus of the contrast agent is relatively
uniform along the vessels that you are trying to segment.
Please give it a try at the filters that we have recommended
and let us know if you find any problem.
