[Insight-users] Registration for set of medical images

Hi H-B,

This is still quite unclear.

1) What are the modalities of the two images that you
    think you should register (MR ? , CT ?...)

2) What segmentation method are you using ?

It will be helpful is you post a screen shot of your
current results to a public web site so that we can
take a look.
