[Insight-users] Get the clipped image on rectangle.

Hello
I have an 3D ImageData. Given a rectangle, the image is clipped with the
rectangle. How to get the 2D clipped image on the rectangle?

The speed of this algorithm must be fast. So reslice the whole ImageData is
not satifiying.
