[Insight-users] VS7.1 issue

Hello, 

I am not too sure what is going on with the VS7.1 compiler here, especially since the compiler does not seem very verbose:

This happened as the result of this work to remove ITK_HAS_INT_64 so that we can assume that a 64 bit integer exists:

It appears to be the result of changes made in this file:

My guess is it is related to stddef.h vs cstddef issue. Or ITK_HAVE_STDDEF_H is not being defined, in itkConfigure.h correctly...
