[Insight-users] Can geodesic active contour filter support a seed *image*

Hi All,

Can the geodesic active contour filter support a seed *image* ?

I'm currently using it with seed points, but what I'd like is to use a 
binary image as a seed (start the propagation on nonzero voxels).

I checked in the fast march filter class (which feeds into the geodesic 
active contour filter) for a seed "image" input of some kind but didn't 
find one.

So before I create some sort of hack using a large number of seed 
points, I was wondering if there's some clean way to feed an input "seed 
image" to the geodesic active contour filter.

Any help is appreciated.
