[Insight-users] 3d deformable registration

Hi,

1.
I tried to registered two hdr files by using DeformableRegistration8.cxx.
But I got the following feedback:
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

How can I fix it?

2.
DeformableRegsitration 8 only accepts two input files. What if my images are
in 3D dicom file? They would have multi-slices. I am unsure how I can treat
all these slices as one input file.
