[Insight-users] Problem with position of dicom image !!

Hello Circass

ITK and VTK have different coordinate systems, specifically the y-coordinate
is reversed.

Either in the ITK or the VTK side of the code you have to flip the images
along the y axis. Use vtkImageFlip class for instance
