[Insight-users] Speeding up the evaluation of the itk::Gaussian?

Hi,

I have always set
CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES=Release

in Windows using Visual Studio 2008. Maybe this was just pure luck, but it 
made VS to build ITK in Release mode by default. I just now noticed that 
the name of this CMAKE variable is different from Linux's 
CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE.
