[Insight-users] Negative spacing. Is that going to get me into trouble?

Thanks everyone who replied. I fixed this issue today without the
negative spacing hack. I ran into trouble moving the camera so I ended
up fixing the two issues that were caused after having vtk flip the
z-axis. The solution was found by looking at what the vtkINRIA3D
library I am using did for flipping the x axis to handle the
RADIOLOGIC and NEUROLOGIC viewing conventions.
