[Insight-users] Frame Rate of muti-Frame images

Hello,
I want to know which tag of the following should  be used to calculate
frames per second of a muti-frame image:(for all Dicom,echo,CT n MRI Images)

Recommended Display Frame Rate (0008,2144)
Frame Time (0018,1063)
Heart Rate (0018|1088)
Frame Time Vector (0018|1065)
Cine Rate (0018,0040)
