[Insight-users] Problem fft 3D

Hi, ITK users

Have you solved this problem?
I encountered this problem as well.

I have checked the dimension of image, it's 2.
My program works fine while deal with some image with different scale, it is
quite abnormal.

Could you give me some suggestions?
