[Insight-users] Applying calculated deformation to landmarks on moving image

Hi Yogish,
It all depends on how you computed that deformation field.
If this is the result of Deformable registration using ITK,
then your deformation field describes how to transform points
from the Fixed Image coordinate system to the Moving Image
coordinate system.
If your landmarks are in the Moving image, then you may
have to invert the deformation field.
Please let us know how you computed the deformation field,
