[Insight-users] ITK + VTK+ FLTK

Hi,

I am trying to integrate itk,vtk and fltk. I have built all these tools
seperately and independently.Now if I want to combine them into a single
entity what are the necessary steps I have to follow.Please provide a step
by step procedure to integrate itk,vtk and fltk in general not for a
specific program.My vtk is v 5.2.1, itk is v 3.12.0 and fltk v 1.1.7.Please
help.
