Hi Luke,

You may want to look at the family of "Compose" filters.

for Example:
http://www.itk.org/Insight/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1Compose3DVectorImageFilter.html
(you will find the others at:
http://www.itk.org/Insight/Doxygen/html/classes.html


Another optioin could be the JoinImageFilter:
http://www.itk.org/Insight/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1JoinImageFilter.html
