The following paper:
http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/645
that was submitted yesterday to the Insight Journal
is not displaying the source code that was uploaded
during the submission process.
This is due to a minor technical difficulty with the Web
interface of the Insight Journal and we are working to
fix it.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We want to reiterate that the purpose of the Insight Journal
is to share ALL the materials that make possible to replicate
the work described in the paper (or technical report),
including all the source code, data and parameters used
by the authors.
While we fix this problem,
please note that you can find the same source code of this
paper at the NAMIC Sandbox SVN repository, in the directory:
http://svn.na-mic.org/NAMICSandBox/trunk/QuadEdgeMeshRigidRegistration/
This code provides support for performing rigid registration
between itkQuadEdgeMeshes that represent a spherical surface
with scalar data associated to the nodes.
We will appreciate your comments on the code,
and we thank you for your patience while
we address the posting problem in the Insight Journal,
Thanks
Luis
