[Insight-users] Image Viewer and viewing 3D dicom images

Hi,
I need an application to help me view images in ITK. I think Image Viewer can be used, but I can't find the source for it. Where can I download it from?
Also, can Image Viewer be used to view dicom volumes? If not, what should I use? SNAP?
