    You can take a look at the User's Guide  
(http://www.itk.org/ItkSoftwareGuide.pdf). There is a chapter about  
how to build it.

    You can also search in the Insight-users mailing list. Luis Ibañez  
has answered to this question many times. You can paste this in your  
browser...

    PS: For the ITK people, the link to search inside the  
Insight-users mailing list is not properly displayed in my Firefox  
3.0.5 under Windows XP. Is it only my problem? or should it be fixed  
for everybody?
