[Insight-users] Image segmentation problem

Hello everyone,

I am using the itksnap to do the 3D image segmentation for 3D material.
After the image segmentation, I found that the 1 pixel outer of the whole 3D
image cube did not be segmented, also some small regions that are 1 or 2
pixel width inside the 3D image. This is why?
I will be appreciated if someone can give me some suggestions.
