Dear all, 

I have  problems to registered 3D data sets. I have few points that i would like to clarify in my mind. 

1- To use VesorRigid3D registration or 3DAffine registration, could the two datasets to be registered have different image dimensions? Could they have different number of slices in the 3D volume? 
2-Which type of registration could help me to coregister a brain atlas and a 3D brain volume?
