[Insight-users] Reading DICOM Private Tags

Ufuk,

I believe that gdcm allows you to specify a dicom dictionary at
run-time. This might allow you to access the Philips tags. Perhaps
Mathieu can point you in the direction of some documentation on this
or explain the procedure.
